Customer case - Upgrading and retrofitting an old water ring pump

The original old-fashioned water ring pump has undergone upgrading and renovation. Currently, the customer's site lacks more optimized energy-saving equipment. Traditional water ring pumps have issues of high power consumption and high operating costs. By using the Shengquan oil-free vacuum unit, equipped with an integrated permanent magnet variable frequency dedicated motor, the efficiency of the drive motor is greatly improved. Replacing 14 sets of 7.5KW water ring pumps with just one 55KW Shengquan oil-free vacuum unit achieves a 57.14% energy saving rate, saving an annual electricity bill of 384,000 yuan
